Sadly, I have a sale pending...   Its one of those pieces where I'm conscious of the short comings but know I will miss anyway.

Two months ago I purchased a Dynaco ST-70 with the PA060 power transformer and A470 output transformers in great condition to try with my Zu Soul Superflys.  It sounds lovely, but I'm sick in the head as are most of us in this hobby.

Its in VERY clean condition based on others I've seen and has a very engaging classical tube sound.

For sale is a fabulous Dynaco Stereo 70 power tube amplifier in exquisite condition. The chassis is very clean and shiny and looks like a top coat was added prior to my ownership. The cage is excellent. The previous owner added oil in paper caps and added standoffs to the circuit board for better airflow. The power tubes are Electro Harmonix. The transformer leads are the desired cloth.
This is the best Stereo 70 I have ever heard - it performs wonderfully on my Quad 57 speakers. It also is the best looking Stereo 70 I have owned. Check out this article on the cloth leads....go to tnt-audio and search for dynacole...

Actually, I never bumped the thread for a reason--I'm not sure I want to let it go after all. 

I'm going to note this thread as temporarily withdrawn as I won't make up my mind to sell until my F1 is modified and I've spent time with it in my system.  This amp deserves more than a blind upgrade.

Possibly, but I would prefer to sell the whole thing one shot.  Its a really nice specimen and I'd like it to go to a new home in one piece.  I only made it available 12 hours ago, so I'd rather hold up for the time being to see what happens.
