Phono setups in your Red Wine rig?

What are you using?  (especially you Vinnie)

I've got a wooded Denon-103R in a Rega P5 into a Bottlehead Eros with VH Audio Teflon caps.  The phono gain isn't quite enough, but it still sounds pretty sweet.  The Isabella on USB has more slam and detail, but the phono wins slightly in the analog smoothness department.  I keep dreaming of an off the grid solution someday...

Hi Texdendo,

Nice post!

I'm using a Scheu Analog (http://www.scheu-analog.com/) Premier mkII turntable, Scheu Analog Classic mkII tone arm, Dynavector 20XL (MC) cartridge, and a prototype RWA battery powered, tubed phonostage.  Turntable motor is powered via 12V battery as well  :green:

Beautiful, sweet sound!  :singing:
