E80CC Amperex 60s gold pin, matched pair
OC2 CBS-Hytron (black plates D/square getter) matched pair
6X4 CBS-Hytron (black plates D/square getter) matched pair
0A3 Mullard matched pair
0A3 CBS matched pair
6V6 ST Tung Sol or RCA
6V6GTY CBS brown or black base

Are you looking strictly for NOS, or will you consider used as well?

If they test really well or like NOS, that's fine. Not sure if you interpret my "NOS" as unused, having original box, etc.
