Absolutely no complaints with the Clearaudio/Benz combo. Be sure to keep enough money aside for a great cart like the Benz ACE 'cause the cart is 1/2 the system IMO :) Add on tweaks like the suspension and a $250 record clamp for major sound improvements.

Ok, I was shooting for the Performance SE 'table with the carbon fiber tonearm. Then slapping a Maestro cartridge on it. Unfortunately in North America the distributor is not including the catridge like Clearaudio specifies.

I only have MM in my BP6 preamp. As far as clamps, I like the Twister clamp for $100.

Sounds great!  :thumb: The HRS clamp comes highly recommended as well. All the Clearaudio accessories are extremely expensive :o but very cool to add on to the TT 8) Like the Emotion isolation feet 3 for $200

Thanks. Ok, does that flatten the record like the Twister clamp? Yeah, they are. Kind of silly, but I suppose they're worth it. I just want the clamp anyway.

It both flattens and absorbs the vibrations. The bass becomes much tighter and faster with a great clamp /isolation feet combo
