I saw this thread while I was at work on a PC that doesn't have speakers. Now that I'm at home and have the ability to hear the snippet, it does pique my interest. I'd love to have a FLAC recording of his voice. Obviously I couldn't hear .4Hz, but through the infinite baffle sub I can hear (and see) the house around me resonate, which tells me there's something really going on even though I can't hear it. Kinda spooky.

the lowest "note" he hits has his vocal cords flapping at what sounds like around 8Hz, a factor of 18 or so higher than the claimed .39 Hz. For .5 Hz, the vocal cords would be coming together only every 2 seconds and would sound even less musical than this note. This is not bass singing, this is cheap gimmickry!

This is more like singing, with an actual bass component to it, not to speak of good pitch - and it is musical, to boot:
