just got my visaton 200b and Eminence Alpha 15a's mounted on my new baffle design. The Visaton is running full range; the Eminence only has a 4.7mh inductor as crossover. I'm following the thread previously posted in this forum.
I will be cleaning up the build and wiring soon. My question involves the wiring:
I am currently running a direct signal from the amp to the Visaton. From there, the (-) post is wired directly to the (-) on the Eminence, and the (+) has the inductor in line before the Eminence. Can i substitute a bi-wired speaker cable: run one pair directly to the Visaton and run the other pair to the Eminence with the inductor in-line?
I am not a very family with circuit design, but i can follow instructions very well. Any help is appreciated -- these speakers are by far my favourite OB so far.
