Hi there, I came across a Genesis Servo Amp with Crossover.  This was made to mate with the Genesis subwoofers...I was wondering if I can take this and use the XO and Amp section to mate it with my Hsu Research HRSW-10 subs.  Thes Hsu Subs are passive and come with an external XO which needs speaker level input and have line level output. 

I wonder if this Genesis, since it has line level input, variable XO values, and amp would work.   See pics of the amp below:  Obviously I would you the speaker output to the subs...

That looks like the servo amp for my Genesis 12M Servo Sub.

It needs a feedback coil from the driver to work correctly.  It uses that for the servo sense for woofer motion.

It is similar in concept to the Rythmik Servo Sub/GR-Research setup for a single sealed driver.  The question would be what parameters the woofer would need to work correctly. 

The Genesis 12M driver is a metal cone dual coil subwoofer.

My amp was blown in a lightning strike.  Still have the woofer and cabinet.

Hm...interesting...
My friend still has the sub but the woofer will need to be re-formed as the foam has deterioated.  You know, if you're interested, I can sell you the amp for them.
