Nice texture. I'm pretty sure it's the flame retardant kind. Nice texture, not especially cloth-like. I'm don't know how it compares with vintage fabrics from Parts Express or Antique Radio, but its quality is impressive.
Roll is 36" wide, and based on the notes left in the box and on my rough calculations, I think there's 7 yds left from a 10 yd roll.
