I originally purchased a Tempest / Khartago as a baseline to compare with my diy amp projects. After having moved form diy amps over to diy fullrange speakers I am very impressed with the synergy I have experienced so far. Bass has been a problem with most fullrange drivers. Not so with the Odyssey equipment. Mids are sweet and open and there is no hardness or brittle overtones that you sometimes hear with SS and fullrange drivers. Fatigue factor is zero even at moderately loud listening levels.
