For sale, a pair of Cain & Cain Abbys in a lovely rosewood finish, for $800. Just stunning sound and appearance. Driven by my 5wpc Almarro A205a SEP amp, these speakers exhibit unbelievable soundstage, coherence, and sense of realism.
The speakers are in great shape, a couple minor flaws in the cabinet. One is a small patch on the side of one of the speakers where the finish has lightened, and there is some very small cracks near the base (apparently common in Abbys). The drivers are perfect.
The speakers also include the heavy brass spikes, not shown in the photos.
These are located in Wesport, CT (06880), and are available for local pickup only. Proper packing and shipping would be prohibitively expensive.
