I received this email this last night and it reminded me that customer service has been paramount with Bryston since our beginnings. :thumb:

Hello James & again, thanks. You've provided enough to get me thinking and get me started.
 
I think we've met. I purchased a 4B, in 1985, from a audio shop on Niagara St., in Welland, Ontario. I had my Dahlquist DQ 10's and complained that the 4B was too noisy, at idle (in conjunction with the 12B); high frequency noise in the tweeters. To my delightful surprise, you appeared at my door with another unit and said something about never having a dissatisfied customer and you didn't want me to be the first.

I think it was you, although I could be wrong. I've never forgotten, though.
