picked it up on craigslist, dirty and old, has an adapter on the power cord to convert plug for US use vs UK prongs. Which leads to question 1)Is their any difference in the power supplies for US vs European models? I will be changing/rewiring the power cord....Any suggestions? I will probably eventually do the outboard power supply thing anyway 2)Left channel not working...may be cartrige or line out wiring(i hope it is one of the two) I will be upgrading/rewiring and changing the interconnects as well as the ground wire..any suggestions? I would also like to do the tone-arm rewire as it seems simple enough. I will probably keep the stock arm as I want to set it up forget it. The "pop up" light doesn't work...big deal??(i don't think so). What is the best device to test for proper speed? Any other thoughts and suggestions appreciated.
