KWA 100 - 'On Tour' Interest?

Dan,
As much as I would love to keep it through that next weekend and break it in for folks, I don't know if that would be fair to the others on the tour... I do have a pretty busy schedule that week but I will find time to listen. Maybe not enough to make a full review but enough to get the feel for it I suppose.

Tour experienced a slight delay as it didn't work when it reached LoneWolf. We received it back here and found that the two main power connectors at the rear rocker switch were both completely disconnected. We are all scratching our heads, as the connections are TIGHT! It could have happened in shipping, but we don't see how.

Anyhow, just an update, not pointing ANY fingers! Unit experienced no damage otherwise and once power leads were reconnected, all was good again. Unit is going back out to LoneWolf and Kristin will update 'Tour' dates as a result of the interruption.

I have NO DOUBT about that and was not meaning to implicate your OR LoneWolf AT ALL! I can't believe it would happen, but it almost looked like someone at UPS opened the box and messed with it!

It was easily fixed and is back on its way.

Could be...very odd indeed. It really looked like someone opened the unit and purposely disconnected the two leads and I KNOW it wasn't either of you, so that means it has to be either UPS or HLS.

No problem. I look forward to your feedback.

I am spinning vinyl tonight as I catch up on emails, via the first LS 100 with phono upgrade installed. It sounds as good or better than our previous SWLP or standalone SWP 9.0SE AND is quieter with nearly exactly the same gain ~ 63dB total.
