Any one here looking to sell a used T-7, T-8 or Ultra Pre Amp?  I have a freind that is looking for a used tube preamp in the $600-800 range.

I know this is not what you asked for but it could be a second option and a good place to start.   I have and original AVA Super Pas that Frank built for me.  It has a black Audio Dimensions faceplate very simular to the Super Pas 3 optional faceplate (that is no longer available).  I use it several times a weeks in a basement work area (connected to a Super 70i) and it works flawless.  I would be willing to part with it for $300.00.  I can send photos if you are interested.  A great preamp for a little bit of money.

I have an original T8 I'd like to sell.

I just got in a very nice Fet Valve Pat-5 preamp in trade that is available for $600.00.

It contains our first generation Fet Valve hybrid tube audio circuits (line, tone controls, and RIAA phono).  It has our gold jack set and our black anodized AVA faceplate and knob set.  It has switchable tone controls, phono section, EPL loop, and filters.  Essentially it has the same functions as our AVA EC chassis except for the box shape.

It comes with our one year parts and labor used equipment warranty and our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

It is very very smooth and musical and free of nasty edges.  It is not as transparent or dynamic as our most modern circuits, but still is very nice overall.
