My 6P1P Stereo Amplifier with Z565's (Sold)
« on: 17 May 2010, 10:38 am »

Completely hand-built by myself, mostly my design. Meticulous point to point wiring. Impeccable sound, absolutely zero hum, noise, or buzz. Black background no matter what position the volume knob. 10M45S constant current sources for each tube. Using the highly regarded Dynaco Z565 output transformers, an Alps Blue Velvet potentiometer, and lab-grade shielded signal cable. Tube complements are a 5V4 rectifier (5AR4 can be used also), military-grade 5965 dual triodes for the input/phase splitter stage, and military-grade 6P1P-EV tubes (6V6/6AQ5 equivalents). I'll include a spare quad of these.

You get what you pay for. This is my 8th amplifier and I have yet to disappoint. But I have many more projects on the block..

$450 shipped, price negotiable.
