Thanks for the reply Danny... I ended up figure out what I needed and got it all at home depot. The bags for the tweeter faceplates each had 8 screws in them, which is just enough to mount the plate to the enclosure. The ones to mount the tweeter to the faceplate were missing. No biggie, I found the correct size screw and mounted them just fine, only cost me $0.69. I did use the gasket should I go back and take it off and apply silicone instead?
The terminal cups screws were missing. When I finished installing everything I had no parts left over everything was used and I didn't have any screws for them. I did just buy some screws to hold them for $0.98, so no biggie, but they are zinc and not black so they aren't quite as attractive but hey they are on the back which I don't ever intend on looking at.
I finished them late last night and hooked them both up in my theater system and they both worked!

They sounded great, incredible detail! I really won't get to mess with them for about a week or so as my office is in shambles and that will be their home.
