USB Tube DAC upgrade by Scott to what is now the TD2.

I2S USB, non-oversampled constant current sourced tube buffered DAC, low ESR caps, premium components.

(2) power supplies. 3Xac Power Supply, plus Scotts wall-wart supply which is actually very good.

Lightly used in main audiophile rig since new. Excellent condition, sounds great. Fairs well against my Arcam FMJ. Large soundstage, great separation, solid bottom end, quiet and transparent. Hard to beat at even 2 or 3 times its price.

$750 retail plus a long wait to get one from Scott.
$475 including shipping and paypal

Bump before Audiogon or I keep it

I got it in my office, hooked up to an XP workstation and a 1GB HD FULL of AIFF's, playing into my large KRK V8's. Hahaha, sounds great. Every time someone comes in my office they stop, listen and say "...wow that sounds great, is that a tube?"

Seriously, if anyone is interested let me know, make an offer.
I have too many audio toys I don’t use enough. This SN cost me enough, upgrades and such. Like to see it get used and enjoyed.

Will likely list it on Audiogon soon.

I also have a highly modified SET and speakers I’m not using much, may list them soon to.

I have the same DAC from Scott.. and I have yet to find a DAC I enjoy more.  I might find one that has a little more this or that.. but never one that brings it all together and makes listening to music as enjoyable.  This is the smoothest (non digital) sounding DAC I've heard.  The non-oversampling concept is a definite plus to me.
