Hi Guys:
Anybody try hooking their TT up to a DAC and then to the preamp with a phono stage? Just wondering about the results. Better? Same as with no DAC?
OR!!!
Just forgedaboutit!!
Cheers

I am pretty sure a record player's signal is not compatible with a DAC's input. However, if you spin the record backwards, the record player might "speak" to the DAC.

Good idea if you have the new direct drives with digital outputs e.g. Stanto, Denon, Numark.
I happen to do it with my ClearAudio, but that's because I'm doing digital RIAA.
