Best Home Cinema
« on: 28 Apr 2010, 11:17 am »
From our Danish distributor: :D

Dear James,

We installed a really nice home cinema a few years ago with our very good dealer CSO. The system included 2 x 4B SST, 1 x 6B SST and 1 x 14B SST.

CSO made it to the final in this year CEDIA 2010 Best Home Cinema Installation over 105.000,- Euro. Please look at page 11 on the attched brochure, and there is more info and installation pictures on this link http://www.cso.dk/00219/00694/00695/

Have a nice day.

Kind regards,

Claus

Thanks for sharing James.  That is a nice built $150K to $200,000USD custom work.  Excellent HT room build from scratch.  Start with a good room.  The electronics you can upgrade later.  Definitely future proof!

Very nice :thumb:

I like the idea about hiding all of the audio equipment - it is definitely something that I will look into when we have a theatre room make-over.

Less is always more :D

Be well...

No way, nicer to have it displayed. In fact i would make everyone pay homage to the gear first, kind of a kneel down temple thing before annyone got to see the movie....  :thumb:

Wrong. You need to start doing nothing. Run a legal Ponzi scheme like a bank, mutual fund or insurance company.

Hmmm… I am feeling somewhat brave.

Jumps up on soapbox, looks left then looks right - a quick but nervous glance over shoulder, clears throat and proclaims…

“It’s only home theatre audio - who really cares.”

Jumps off soapbox, runs for the hills never to be seen from again.

Absolutely. I actually met the guy once, his name is Derek Riggs. I wanted him to design a tattoo for me, but it never happened...
