Tim Rawson built Pass F5 clone, basic case, Plitron, great sound.  It's the best SS amp I've had in my system, but I still prefer tubes.   
Appx 40 hours, so possibly not even broken in.  Tim was a pleasure to deal with and I'd like to see this amp go where it will be used.  25wpc.
$350 shipped ground CONUS.

Hey Jim,

I cleared out a couple of years worth of PMs.
I'll fire up the camera tomorrow a.m. and post a couple of pics in the add.   Imagine the plainest finned aluminum case you can - that's what Tim uses.

Looks like I had the price too low   :duh: :lol:

Is the Monarchy one of the earlier ones that gets very hot or a later one that only gets warm?

The Monarchy is one of the later series.
I have never noticed an issue with heat, but my speakers are 96db/8 ohm, so I probably wasn't pushing it very hard.

Guys, watch out when you deal with this individual.  Said he was selling his F5 to me then didn't go through with it....annoying to say the least.  :nono:
