Just wanted to know if there are any thoughts as to if this would make a nice combo?  Please let's hear some feedback.
Or might i consider another route?

If it were me,I'd see if you could audition both pcs. together.
Do you have the 4B-sst at home or the B&Ws,if you have the 4B,maybe take that to the audio store
and do the audition there.
Would be best in your room,your gear ect ..

Have B&W 803D Now.  Thinking about upgrading from the old ST version to the newest series.

I think the general consensus would be that Bryston and B&W are an excellent match.  I have the 805N's paired with an all Bryston system and it sounds outstanding.  However as someone suggested an in home audition would be wise. 

With regards to the ST vs the SST2 I think most would say that the improvements are not insignificant and well worth the upgrade.
