Is there anyone still using the older B&W DM600 series speakers with Frank's crossover mod?

I recently bought a pair of used DM630 (maybe 630i ?) that I use on my TV/media center setup.  They does not have any crossover mods right now but I would be interested in making the changes if they apply to this speaker.  I am driving it with a vintage Transcendence amp in the DH-200 chassis.

I have the B&W 600i (the smallest), I understand that once upon a time, Frank made crossover mod for the B&W 6xx model, wondering if that mod applied to the 600i or any other models, and what the mod were?

I think Frank just replaced the standard electrolytic caps with tight tolerance film units.

We did rework the crossover in the B&W DM640 models.  The crossover improvement is shown in our Audio Basics December, 1990 issue.  This is available as a free .pdf download at our web site; www.avahifi.com

Its a quick and easy fix for a boomy bass issue.  This is the only speaker of this series we upgraded.
