Need help with Toslink splitter

Hello, I'm needing to split a toslink 1:2 and was looking at these two devices. Can anyone recommend either or? Thanks.

Haven't used either, tho Frank VanAlstein recommended one of the Inday video switchers. You might try his forum.

ive got the square one that splits either toslink or coaxial into toslink and coaxial at same time,, super handy,, but i dont use it much
