SOLD LOCALLY for $500

Anthem 3 zone, A/V preamp / processor, AVM 20. Excellent condition. This came out of a clients home. They purchased a new house with a built in system and want to make some changes. This unit was purchased in 2002 and installed in a built in rack where it has resided since. It was checked out before removing and worked fine. I don't know much about this unit and didn't bother to review the manual as my client knew they were not going to keep it. Feel free to call with questions. Price when new $3199. Maunual and remote included, no box.

Located in Orinda, CA.
Will ship at buyers expense.

$550.00

Hi Eric,

That is a really nice AV product... but it is not a receiver.  It is a preamp/processor.  There are 0 channels of amplification built into it.  Just thought you might want to change the "Subject" line to reflect the actual nature of the product.

Thanks,

I should have caught that. It's been a while since I dabbled in audio world. Is this the correct section? I see it's called "amplification".

Thanks,

Eric M.

You've got it in the right category all right.

If you have no luck here at AC you may want to try listing it over at Videogon.  That's the sort of piece that has outdated video capabilities, but very nice sound qualities... and someone with a Blu Ray player that outputs decoded DTS HD Master and Dolby True HD CODECs on its analog outs could be mated up with it with very fine results.

Good luck.
