I have been reading on the Logitech Forum about the iPeng software and have seen many posts by the program writer.  Invariably, he says that he does not like iTunes and is trying to make something completely different. 

My question to you guys... Why?  Does anyone know what he finds so offensive?  I am just curious and hope you guys may have insight since I didn't see anything on the other forums that gave an indication.

Perhaps he just doesn't like Apple and the closed architecture, there are plenty of folks who don't. Dunno, just one possibility.

ipeng has been crashing on me sometimes when I hit back button or select a song or album, so I send the developer an email this morning
and less then 10 minutes later I get an email back from him, not automated. I send him the info he needs and a few hours later another personal email about my specific situation, possible remedies etc... I am like totally shocked that this guy has been so attentive. I never expected any response at all and got 2 in one day, now thats support!!!
 Just thought I'd share that....
