Guys:

I have decided to sell my much beloved ModWright Transporter with Platinum Truth Modifications.  The unit was purchased in mid 2008 and sent back to Dan for the Platinum Level of upgrades (bybees and power supply upgrades).  This unit is equipped with the EML Mesh 5U4G Rectifier and Black Treasure Signal Tubes.  I paid ModWright $3595 for the unit when it was shipped to me on 4/30/08.  The truth level of upgrades was completed by ModWright for $500.00 on 11/24/08.  The EML Mesh was $230.00 and the Black Treasures $360.00 plus 6SN7 tube adapters.  ModWright now charges $3800.00 for a new unit, with this level of modifications, delivered with stock tubes.  This black unit is in excellent condition- at least 9 out of 10 on audiogon scale.  Purchase a like new unit from me for $2995.00 plus shipping with the EML Mesh and Black Treasures which you will want if you buy a Modwright Transporter.  Please add 3.4 % PayPal Fees if that form of payment is selected.  I have the box from ModWright and Manuel.

A great source, made especially good with these tubes. The black treasures are amazing in the TP, better than even the Tung Sol round plates. Good luck Ken, it should go quick at that price.
