Possible to use mysqueezebox.com if unit is registered to someone else?

Possible to use mysqueezebox.com if unit is registered to someone else?

So I bought my duet used and I want to get on my squeezebox.com just to play around with it and the guy I bought it from has already registered it for that.  Will customer service wipe that out for me or do I need to get the guy to do it.  I asked him a while back and he didn't do it, I also didn't get feedback so chances are I would have to go through Logitech.

Either way will work.  Customer service can take care of it.  Better get in touch with them ASAP, as the Squeezebox Touch and Squeezebox Server 7.5.0 were just released and they're about to be swamped with support cases.
