Just for the record, I love my Ultra 4A SE pre.  However, due to some problems with my current tube amp that just can't seem to be solved... , I need to make a change. 

I have decided to give Blair over at Nightshade Audio some of my business.  In talking with him, he was more than fair in utilizing some of the parts from my current tube amp and incorporating the iron into his NS-60 model, which will drastically reduce the price of this new amp.  In addition, he will be building me a Beacon II preamp to go with the NS-60.  Blair has been more than fair in giving me a package deal for both pieces.  I like his approach and look forward to my new pieces.
