Does uDAC work with any version of OSX on Mac?  And does it work with speakers or just headphones only?

As far as we know, uDAC has been working with Linux, Windows and Mac (various OS)
We haven't heard any problem with Mac OS.
uDAC has RCA output for connecting to power amp or active speaker.
The headphone output when connected will turn off the RCA output.

I use one on a Macbook Pro and it is excellent, better than the Windows PC's I have around the place.
