If you're going so far as meditational relaxation, check out these offerings from Paul Horn (flutest or floutest, can't remember which is correct) - be aware they can also put you to sleep, but interesting studies of the sonic qualities of these 2 great Wonders of the Old World.

I've got to nominate the entire Miles Davis "Kind of Blue" album.
That's the definitive "relaxing" at 1:00am and a big tumbler of Bourbon album for me.
