Hello,

I have a problem with my P9 preamplifier.
When I turn it on the display says "testing and loading".
After that it does not respond at all, I have to turn it off.
After pressing the standby button the display says "saving", and the device is completely non-responsive, even after 10 or more minutes, so I have to plug it out from the wall.
Any suggestions?

After one days (plug it out from the wall) is as good as new   :)

Check that your 15-pin control cable between the 2 boxes are well connected.
