speakers on spikes!

I have my Legacy Classics sitting on 3 triple tipped carpet-piercing cones (Mapleshade). I’ve never listened to the speakers without them because of a concrete ledge that I avoid by using the 3 cones rather than the 4 spikes.

My problem is that I have VERY difficult time doing fine adjustments to the speaker positioning. So far I’ve been using Jenga wood blocks to raise the speakers and then lower them over the spikes, but this is a very crude and time consuming method – I can only adjust within 1/2in.  :o

Do any of you have any tips to help me with this.

thank you.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for:

Make a pair of wooden discs that are the right size to sit on the cones while leaving the corners of the cabinets exposed. You can turn the cabinets on the disc until you have the position you want, then use something to lift the cabinets by the corners and remove the disc and lower the cabinet onto the cones.
