As far as I am concerned the only thing that matters is how they sound.  If they sound good then they are good, regardless of who mastered them. 

I am quite happy with the Hendrix reissues that I have, so I see no reason to buy the Legacy reissues that overlap with the MCA and Classic Records reissues that I already own.  I did order the Legacy pressings of First Rays of the New Rising Sun and Valleys of Neptune, which just arrived today.  I doubt I will have time to listen to them before the weekend.
