Well the quesion wasn't posed very well. I have a Linn Movie Classik set up with North Creek Okara II fronts. Always run the set up on all small. As my sub is smack in the middle of the two fronts this works out well for a nice blend on music as well. For that reason the 100Hz crossover would probably work ok. I am thinking about making a change so I can use my old DVD player with progressive out and maybe eventually pick up a new player with DVI.
First does anyone have any comment on two channel music using the crossover in the pany and sub out? I know much has been said about using it with full range speakers.
Second would the mods likely make as dramatic a difference with a set up like mine, using the receiver in a less demanding way, ie only asking the amp to produce above 100HZ?
Everyone seems to have a vote on what they would like, solicited or not. I guess mine would be banana plugs for all six channels if that is more compact that full five way binding posts and mods for digital only.
Thanks for any replies, this is my first visit here.
