I love this amp and hate to see it go, but full range I simply need more power -- 10 inch woofers, ya know.
Believe the hype. This amp is great! Surprisingly more robust than you would think. Sublimely musical, immensely enjoyable. I like it so much that I intend to get a PL stereo amp for the mid/tweet in my passive biamp setup.
Upon hearing it in my system, my buddy liked it so much that he ran out and bought a pair of PL monos for his $9k speakers. They replaced a pair of well known and respected tube monos that cost multiples more. These PL amps can play with the big boys. Believe it!
PrimaLuna makes four integrateds. Having won numerous awards, the Dialogue 2 is the best of the lot. Strap it to a simpatico speaker and you will be rewarded with refinement, finesse, ease and grace. The sound is so lovely it reminds me of my days with SET.
