Does anyone have experience with this?

The design is to remove DC from your AC line so the xfrmr will not hum.

I have tried/researched everything else and this was recommended as a cure.

Another similar unit is the CI Audio XDC-2.  Current per plug is limited to 7.5 amps on this unit, so depends on the amp power supply load.

Dusty may have a loaner unit to check to see if this is the problem.

Just a thought.

I've got one, and it did a great job at eliminating the hum coming from my amp's chassis. NOT hum from speakers, which speak to other issues in your system. I'm a big fan. Both it and CI's solution have 30 day trials I believe, which is great just in case the DC isn't the problem. Also means you have a decent chance of getting one B-stock from them or someplace else with a 30 day guarantee like Music Direct.

I borrowed one late last year only to discover that I didn't have a dc offset problem, but quickly found that it sucked the life right out of the music -- and this was with a 3 watt SE amp with a total power draw of less than 70 watts.

Didn't think they made these anymore.
