Subsitute for Ripper Phone Jack

Subsitute for Ripper Phone Jack

What are you folks doing for a substitute these days? Digikey doesn't have the 3, 4, or 5 pin in stock and the min quantity is 500. So fas I haven't found anything at Mouser that looks right. I can go without, but that's pretty irritating.

For the record, CP1-3544-ND fits and looks nifty with its silver metal input.
