Two (2) each '5 amp' fuses and one (1) '1 amp' fuse.
ALL are the small size - approx 3/4" long or 5 x 20mm.
They made an audible difference in my NuForce Ref9's and my Marantz CD/SACD player. I've replaced the amps and player in the last 6 months. So the fuses are available.
