After using my Nuforce 9SE Version 1 for around 3 years, the plastic on one of the binding post broke.
Is this normal or am I just plain unlucky.  . I was just trying to change to another speaker that I just bought.

Have any of you change to something else to replace the binding post. Anyway I was also thinking of upgrading my Nuforce to V3.
Guess I will just have to do it now.

Secondly, have any used to Stillpoint ers paper on the power cable to absorb the EMF and RFI as I heard that switching amplifier tend to generate a lot of EMF and RFI.

It is time for upgrade to V3, it is really cheap for the complete replacement of the amp board and another 5 year warranty for the board. You still have 2 years left on the warranty for the chassis but even if there is no warranty left, we normally fix the binding post problem free of charge.

Contact the dealer Audio Iconic in Aldephi to order the upgrade.

I couldn't agree with you more. It is high time I get my nuforce upgraded to the latest and greatest V3.
Appreciate too that you are also fixing the binding post. If there is any charge on fixing the binding post, dun be shy as long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
I will making the trip down to Audio Iconic this Saturday to get it rolling!!!!!!

Our distributor/dealer may or may not have the binding post in stock.  You may want to call ahead.  If they don't, we would be happy to send replacement parts to you or the dealer for installation.

Just collected my upgraded Nuforce from my dealer. Out of the box, it sounds much better than Version 1.
