I had no issues and good communication.

The item works as advertised and is a great tool.

I wrote to them 2 consecutive days but no reply

Retail price glimpsed from a HK mag is around USD200+

This goes up to 250 hz. Is there a similar tool/device that sweeps 20 to 20?

This review is an earlier version of the product. The newest release, free upgrade, includes waterfalls, RT60, and more. It has been reviewed in Stereophile.

I really like the XTZ. For a novice, it is extremely easy to use. Take a look at the demo on their site. I have also found customer support to be quite good. My emails have always been answered promptly.
