  I had the nuforce avp 16 connected to an Adcom amp and recently upgraded  to a Nuforce 3 channel amp and now the volume is much lower in the right and left channels. I have raised the speaker levels of the avp 16 to +10 but the volume continues to be lower than it was when connected to the  Adcom 7400 amp.
I have no idea why this is happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this the V3 amp? V3 has lower gain.  So adjusting the volume up is expected, that will help to optimize the preamp anyway.  Are you having problem just on 2 channels or all 3 channels?
