SOLDI have a Heathkit TC-2 tube tester for sale. The tester and case is in very good condition. I had to replace the bulb that detects a short, but otherwise all functions are working correctly. I had the unit inspected about a year ago and all components were within spec. I only occasionally used this tester as I have several other testers that I use in rotation. In the past several months I've been using my Sencores almost exclusively.
Considering the vintage, the tester is being sold as is, with no guarantees. The circuit is fairly basic and it's not hard for a competent tech to troubleshoot. Besides the tube setup roll chart in the unit, included is a supplemental tube chart and I can email the operating manual (with schematic) and additional tube charts, which basically covers several thousand tube types.
