Very nice sounding amp, just don't need it currently.  Stock tubes.

It is not a clone. 
APPJ makes MiniWatt.  MiniWatt re-lables it and takes care of distribution.

I quess you could say that.
MiniWatt is APPJ's biggest distributor.
They changed the name (good idea IMO) and created a network of dealers.
Seems like MiniWatt did a preaty good job at that so maybe they should work something out with APPJ in the future.
