Brand new set of KCI Silkworms to benefit S Clark & his students project!!

I want to make sure that everyone that might be interested gets an opportunity to see this and think about it. These are widely acknowledged to be excellent interconnects, at (for the moment) a substantial discount, to build excitement in high school kids for science and an appreciation for hi fidelity.

We will let this run over the weekend, and, with John's OK, bang the gavel Sunday night. I think that will be enough time for those interested and still not keep the bidders on the hook indefinitely.

.... in the meantime, we are awfully close to $500.... come on, you know you want these

I just recently purchased a pair of Silkworm +'s from John, and only really have the 1 source, so this in more in the nature of a free bump/endorsement rather than a bid.

I've been using nice i/c's, including: Cardas Golden Cross, Soundstring, Purist Audio Musaseus, etc. Using the Silkworm+'s between my MW Transporter and my 300B integrated was really like a significant equipment change (and an upgrade since I liked the way it changed the sound). Suffice it to say that I absolutely love John's cables. aa

Oh, and my family has a number of teachers, so do bid these babies up!!!

About 7 hours left on this auction. If you have been eye-ing a set of Silkworm Interconnects, this may just be the time to pick up a pair. All proceeds will buy components for our high school speaker building program.

Someone got themselves a mighty fine set of cables! These should be right up there with the best. Please post your impressions after they've had some serious run-in time. If you have never heard these, you are in for a nice surprise. (yes I am fan boy of John's work and people who don't believe cables sound different have a serious problem and should not be into audio and NO I am not starting another of those silly flame wars!) aa

God knows I don't need another set of cables.

But, for a good cause, why not.

Btw, I DO believe in cables since I worked with them for a while when I was with Boeing.
