I find myself not using this amp very much lately and so I thought I'd pass it along to another person who can love and cherish it.  I find myself using my "control system" 99% of the time lately as I am in "design mode" working on some large OEM cable projects, and, unfortunately the M520 just doesn't fit in that system due to the way the system is configured.  And, I will be in "design mode" for at least 12-15 more months as I am working on some large and complex projects.

This is a jewel of an amplifier, just a sweet sounding design.  It is always unfailingly musical.  And, if one wanted a different sound, a bit of tube rolling (with some of the other plethora of tubes I will send with the amp), and viola', you have a different amp.   

I would keep it, but I haven't even turned it on in at least two months (this is my fourth system, not counting headphone setups, ...), so, it's time to let her go.

In any event, I got the amp direct from Bill at Morningstar Audio, it was a demo, and it works great.

The bad:

One of the stainless uprights is loose (VERY common on these amps due to shipping)
The volume control knob is a little bit canted to one side (I think from shipping--I can probably loosen it and fix it, but, hey, full disclosure)
I'm sure there are a few small scratches here and there on the unit and remote

The good:

Yes, they are. 

One reason I want it to go to someone who will actually use it.  It taunts me as it sits idle on its shelf.
