I am considering purchasing a Tempest that does not have the HT bypass.  Would it be ok to run balanced cables from my pre/pro to my Stratos and RCA's from the Tempest to the Stratos provided that the pre/pro and the Tempest are never on at the same time?  Thanks

Steve

Run the rca's from your processor into an input on the tempest. Just make sure that the volume is at the same level when you calibrate and use it for ht.
