Hi Don,

There is no longer a CS or RM 15 Balanced 220v units available.  You have to go to the 20 amp and up now to get 220 volt versions.

It shows on the torus website that there are 2 different non balanced RM15 .  The new one weighs something like 41 pounds and the older style is 77 lbs. Is the older version still available?

Hi Budt.  It's my understanding there is only one 15 and its available with the 17" faceplate (CS 15) or the older style 19" rack mount faceplate  (RM 15).  There is a typo on the specs of the RM if you go to the order page which lists the old weight of 77 lbs.  The weight of the CS/RM 15 is about 41 lbs.
