Set of very rare Konus / 47 labs Essence speakers in standard finish.  Functionally, they're perfect- low hours, never been driven hard.  Cosmetically, the faces are perfect, but there are a couple of minor imperfections around the edges and sides.  Overall, they're in great shape and sound amazing.  I have the manual and the original shipping "coffin", so shipping is not a problem, but local pick-up is of course welcomed- I'm about 30 minutes outside Philadelphia on the border of PA and DE.  Please contact me with any questions and I can provide more detailed photos up on request.

OK- some detailed pictures of the "imperfections".

Both speakers have small rub on the top left corner- one is slightly worse than the other, but neither is severe.  I took some shots are different distances to demonstrate how close one needs to be to see these- the last shots way overemphasize but I included them in the spirit of full disclosure...





One speaker also has a scratch on one side towards the bottom and back...



The other speaker has a small watermark on one foot- it's not a scratch- it's simply a mark in the finish...


Well, there you have it.  I took the speakers to a furniture restoration guy a while back who said all the areas could be fixed, but I never bothered to have the work done because the issues really did not bother me.

Are you open for trades or cash only?

Not that I need another pair of speakers but SD designs always intrigued me.
That lead to couple pairs of single driver speakers of my own as well as few popular SD speaker makers.
If you are willing to trade for another speakers or amp, perhaps we can talk.
New York area - will pick up if needed.
(marks do not bother me much as I work with wood and can restore these if needed)
