The modified Dyna A-25XL/Looking for Wayner

Hi Audio Nuts,I was kind of looking for Wayner to see or hear what he did to the Dyna-A25XL's after reading many of these circles I found out that these are one of your favorites.I'm an old Dyna speaker fan too.Wayner,my favorite too was that same speaker.I had it's last mod before Dyna left N.J. in about 1978.It was called the A-25 Mark2.The only difference from the A25XL was that the tweeter was now moved from the right to right above the woofer, centered, and a brown grill. They had a superb finish and I think I paid just over 100 dollars for a brand new pair,I have no idea how they did it for that cheap. Also Wayner, every time you state what you are listening to music stuns me because it's almost exactly every time the same stuff I do too.No one I know anymore around my hood listens to older Genesis and Yes albums,cd's. A band in that same genre (Triumvirat) made a couple albums around 1977,Sparticus and Pompeii that you might check out.Back to the speakers,I'd like to hear from anyone who has any Dyna speaker oppinions....take care all...Mark Korda(mark.korda@myfairpoint.net)The computer said I must ask a questionWho likes Dyna speakers and why?

Although he frequents a number of forums, I suspect that he is mostly on the Audio by VanAlstine forum.  You can also PM him, using "Wayner".  Hope that helps.
