Are the warranties transferable?

I bought a new PLC•1 MKII Passive Line Controller, which I've taken out of the box, but have never used.  I believe I still have some time on my 1 year.  If I sell this to someone else, is the warranty transferable to them?

Yes, just give the buyer a copy of your purchase receipt/invoice.
